When buying a home through a real estate agency one may be able to get special promotions from various places. These promotions typically aimed to build newer housing projects throughout the areas. Some areas may have been split up into subdivisions which were then split up into land lots. These lots held special promotions at any given time until they were sold out. Some of the lots may have been for sale as is while others would have been sold as the land plus a house price. When building a house on one of the promotional priced lots one may have been able to customize the home with special things such as stainless steel without paying extra due to the promotion. If one has bought a house during a promotional period it may have indeed saved the buyer a substantial amount of money.
